Cookie Policy

We use very few cookies, and none of them track you. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use third-party marketing or social media tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites.

Because of this, we do not show a cookie consent banner — under EU and UK law, consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are essential to make a site work — remembering that you are signed in, for example. Others exist to track behavior across sites for advertising. We use the first kind only.

Strictly necessary cookies

These require no consent. Supabase sets an authentication cookie to keep you signed in to your account, lasting for your session or up to 30 days. Stripe and Cloudflare Turnstile set cookies to protect checkout from fraud and automated abuse, lasting from your session up to 12 months. Cloudflare sets cookies for security and bot filtering across the Site, on a similar timescale.

If you block these, you will not be able to sign in or complete a purchase.

Analytics — cookieless

We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are useful and what is broken. It does not set cookies, does not store an identifier in your browser, and does not track you across other websites. It produces anonymous aggregate counts — page views, referring site, approximate country, device type. We cannot identify you from it and neither can anyone else.

What we do not use

No advertising or retargeting cookies. No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any other social tracking pixel. No cross-site tracking of any kind. No fingerprinting. No cookies that sell or share your data with advertisers.

Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies. In Safari, go to Settings then Privacy. In Chrome, Settings then Privacy and security then Third-party cookies. In Firefox, Settings then Privacy & Security. In Edge, Settings then Cookies and site permissions.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout. Nothing else on the Site depends on them.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser. Since we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for the signal to switch off — but we recognize and respect it.

Changes

If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and implement a proper consent mechanism before that cookie is set. We will not do it quietly.
