Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
This policy describes what you may not do on jamalknyte.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service. The rules exist for two reasons: to protect paying customers, and because a one-person business cannot absorb abuse.
1. Content and conduct
You may not use the Site to break any law or regulation; post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or obscene material; harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone; infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property; violate anyone's privacy or post another person's personal information; impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; post spam, advertising, chain messages, or links to unrelated sites; or upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
2. Product distribution
This is the one that matters most.
You may not share, send, post, upload, sell, rent, or distribute any product you purchased; post products to file-sharing sites, forums, cloud drives, messaging groups, torrent networks, or any public or semi-public location; give your download link, license key, or account access to anyone else; remove, alter, obscure, or attempt to defeat any watermark, identifier, or embedded metadata; reproduce or republish the content in whole or substantial part in any medium; create derivative or competing products from our content; or use products commercially — including coaching clients or training staff — without a separate written license.
Every copy is individually watermarked and traceable to the purchase. If a copy traced to your purchase is found distributed without authorization, we will revoke your license and terminate your account without refund, and may pursue remedies under copyright law.
3. Technical restrictions
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or another user's account; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems except through our published security disclosure process; circumvent any access control, rate limit, license check, authentication mechanism, or security measure; scrape, crawl, or harvest content using automated means without written permission; send requests at a volume or rate beyond what a human could reasonably produce; attempt to disrupt or degrade the Site, including denial-of-service attacks; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site; use the Site to distribute unsolicited email or harvest addresses; or frame or mirror any part of the Site without permission.
Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome. Follow the disclosure process in our security.txt file, do not access data belonging to others, do not degrade service, and give us reasonable time to fix anything you find. We will not pursue action against researchers who follow that process.
4. Account rules
One account per person. Provide an accurate email address. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension or ban. Do not sell, transfer, or share your account. Keep your email account secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
5. Product feedback
Comments are for people who bought the product. Keep them relevant. Do not post spam, advertising, off-topic content, another person's personal information, or anything that violates Section 1. We review comments before publication and may decline to publish, edit for length, or remove anything at our discretion.
6. Payment conduct
Do not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods. Do not file fraudulent chargebacks. Do not exploit pricing errors, promotional codes, or discounts in bad faith. Do not create multiple accounts to abuse introductory pricing. If something is wrong with an order, email us — see our Refund Policy.
7. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, remove content, revoke a license and terminate access to purchased products, suspend or terminate your account without refund, block your IP address or payment method, report the matter to law enforcement, or pursue civil remedies including for copyright infringement.
Unauthorized distribution results in immediate termination without refund, and no warning. We may act without notice where the conduct is severe, ongoing, or presents a security risk, and may preserve and disclose records where required by law or necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
8. Reporting
Report a violation to legal@jamalknyte.com. Include what happened, where, and when. For copyright infringement, see our DMCA Policy. For security vulnerabilities, follow the process in our security.txt file.
